Meghan and Prince Harry were married in a lavish, televised ceremony held at Windsor Castle. The bride’s Givenchy dress, designed by Clare Waight Keller, caused quite a stir among royal fans, who were impressed with its sleek silhouette and modern design. The Queen Mary’s Bandeau Tiara is the name of Meghan Markle’s final tiara. It was a loaned royal family heirloom from Her Majesty Queen. According to royal journalists, the prince was frustrated at Kelly’s slowness in getting the tiara to Meghan after a hair trial. Scobie and Durand noted that Queen Elizabeth didn’t have any issues with Meghan’s choice in tiara.

Nearly two years after her sister Princess Beatrice, the Queen wore a well-known Queen Mary’s tiara for her wedding: the diamond fringe tie, which she wore in 1947 for Prince Philip’s wedding.
